Free Dental Camp
Our Oral health plays a vital role in over-all health and well-being of the individual. With the objective to help people of villages access oral health and hygiene facilities, Seva Bharti Meghalaya organised free dental check-up and awareness camp in many villages throughout the state. This is yet another humanitarian initiative, under Seva Bharti Meghalaya, in addition to free medical check-up camps and Dhanvantari Seva Yatra conducted from time to time.
This camp was supervised and conducted by an expert panel of professionals from the dental fraternity. Over 400 people from many villages of Meghalaya state were examined, treated as well as taught simple ways of maintaining good dental hygiene. They were also offered guidance about food intake so as to prevent dental disorders and were provided with required medicines free of cost.
